BOSS HOUSE by LeePrime is a private hillside residence in Khosta, in the heart of Russia’s subtropical coast. One hectare of secluded grounds lies just 300 metres from the sea.
Seven luxury suites accommodate up to 18 guests. Natural fabrics, warm wood and views towards the horizon shape their interiors. The residence is available as a whole, with a personal concierge on hand around the clock.
Facilities include a signature restaurant with panoramic sea views and a private terrace, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a meeting office, The Garden SPA & WELLNESS and a bath complex with a Russian bath and Turkish hammam. A sea-view fitness room and garden lounges complete the setting.
Menus, activities and the itinerary are tailored to each stay. On request, the team arranges private dinners with the chef, private events, time aboard the residence’s yacht and personal transfers. Airport arrangements can include a VIP lounge, an executive minivan or a car with a driver.
The airport and central Sochi are approximately 25 minutes away; Krasnaya Polyana is about 60 minutes away, depending on traffic. Round-the-clock security, controlled access and confidential service protect guests’ privacy. Video surveillance covers the exterior perimeter, while indoor spaces remain private.
